Tufts University, located on three Massachusetts campuses in Boston, Medford/Somerville, and Grafton, and in Talloires, France, is recognized among the premier research universities in the United States. Tufts enjoys a global reputation for academic excellence and for the preparation of students as leaders in a wide range of professions.
Tufts University was using a combination of Microsoft Office and manual processes for scheduling and managing their campuses. These tools were insufficient for their needs. The university wanted information about space utilization, such as when and how often rooms were being used, as well as visibility into use of resources and services that were being fulfilled.
