The EMS Platform integrates with nearly every digital hardware vendor through our API, modules, and toolkits. We do not sell expensive, proprietary hardware but instead offer customers the ultimate flexibility of selecting new – or repurposing existing – equipment and signage to work with the EMS Platform.

 

Digital signage integration

Digital technologies help people work smarter, improve their workplace experience, and foster pride in being part of a 'cool' organization. Enhance your digital workplace or campus by integrating EMS with a variety of digital signs and monitors.

Placed in lobbies or outside the entrance to meeting rooms, digital signs linked to the EMS Platform allow employees to view static information, check-in to reservable spaces, or walk up and book an open space on-the-spot.

3rd-party digital signage

Sync meeting and event information from EMS to your new or existing digital display hardware. EMS integrates directly with popular room sign products, such as Creston Connected Scheduling Application and Steelcase RoomWizard (a separate EMS module). EMS can also share meeting and event data to other popular room signs, including Visix and Four Winds Interactive.

Tablets in enclosures

Deploy on-the-spot displays and enable room check-in with commercial tablets and the EMS Room Sign App. The Room Sign App displays real-time meeting information and at-a-glance room availability on wall-mounted room signs. The EMS Room Sign App supports Apple and Android tablets.

Kiosks

Publish event details and empower users to reserve workspaces with the EMS Kiosk App. Designed for use on touchscreen displays, the EMS Kiosk App is powerful and easy-to-use software that serves as an interactive tool for any lobby or entryway. The Kiosk App impresses and improves the productivity of employees, students, and visitors.

The Kiosk App software simplifies the on-site need to view a schedule of events, verify room availability, book space, find a meeting location, and more. Hardware stands and enclosures are not included with the Kiosk App.

Desk signs

In the past few years, desk signs – and desk sign technology overall – have grown in maturity and adoption within the digital workplace. EMS customers with hot desking and hoteling programs integrate EMS with a variety of commercially available desk signs, indicators, and tablets at workspace locations.

Occupancy sensors

As with digital signs, room signs, and desk signs, organizations moving to a digital workplace model are beginning to adopt occupancy sensors to automate room reservations and to track actual space utilization based on activity rather than reservations. Organizations can enable this integration to EMS though our integration APIs.

Video conferencing technology

EMS eliminates the complexities of scheduling video conferencing (VC) through automatic features and integration tools for Cisco TMS, Polycom, and Skype for Business. With EMS, you can:
