Katherine Gates is the Senior Director of Planning and Administrative Initiatives for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) at Harvard University. She is responsible for managing a complex portfolio of systems, policy and business process change for the FAS administrative community and serves as the Risk Manager. In 2014, Katherine managed the EMS implementation for FAS which involved integration with several University-wide systems and now enables event and academic room scheduling for over 500 rooms in 130 buildings managed by more than 100 schedulers.

Director of Event Management, Stevens Institute of Technology

Robert is the Director of Event Management for Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. This position was created specifically for him when the Office of University Events was created in October 2013. He is responsible for managing all of the spaces on campus and providing support to departments and student organizations for all campus events. In 2014, Robert managed and executed the implementation of EMS, working with several departments, which enables reservation requests for events and meetings across all of the Stevens campus, including classrooms and departmental conference rooms.

As Solutions Architect at BNY Mellon, Tony is focused on ensuring the end user experience with the technologies that support Workplace Excellence. His background includes solutions architecture, infrastructure, and engineering messaging and collaboration platforms. Tony studies how these platforms will evolve with the advent of social networking tools and new mobility devices in the enterprise.

Christopher manages the FM analytics team who provide Business intelligence to deliver efficient services and benchmark both internally and externally for GSK. His team also manages FM amenities such as customer feedback and meeting services. EMS at GSK provides scheduling and laboratory services in over 600 buildings globally, handling more than 1.6 million bookings annually. Christopher and team are working closely with EMS to deploy 44.1 in 2016.
