Higher Ed Leaders to Discuss Digital Learning Spaces at EMS Live! 2015
Denver, CO (July 13, 2015) – EMS Software by DEA, the leading provider of resource scheduling management software, today announced new higher education speakers to be featured at EMS Live! 2015, the company’s annual cross-industry conference to be held in Orlando from October 26-28.
The conference is adding two new high-profile speakers to its current lineup of speakers:
Paige Francis: CIO of Fairfield University and a 2014 Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader as well as one of the Huffington Post’s Top 50 Most Social CIOs, Francis will discuss Fairfield’s information technology (IT) transformation from providing traditional IT support to the creation and implementation of a personalized digital campus experience.
David Jakes: a global speaker and recognized leader in the educational technology field, Jakes specializes in the intersection of space and learning. He will lead a conceptual and provocative discussion about designing for a more expansive condition of learning that asks the question: “Where are your big ideas around space and learning?”
