EMS Live! 2015 – Back to the Future

October 27, 2015

The possibilities are endless. The memories are priceless. And it’s all thanks to you.

EMS Live! 2015 may now be a part of history but its legacy will live long into the future. Discussions on this final day focused on the future of work and learning, and the impact EMS software has on you and your users.

Londonne Corder, our VP of Marketing, kicked off the keynotes with a look back at the festivities at House of Blues. Partygoers were treated to a photo presentation to remind us of all the good times had last night. Tina Turner and Stevie Wonder still have it!

Jacob Morgan took to the stage with an insightful look at the future of work, and carrying on the theme from Tuesday, highlighted the importance of people – specifically the employee experience. Robert Cesafsky, VP of Strategy and Planning, reinforced the trends that organizations are facing when trying to accommodate an increasingly diverse and global workforce.  At the end of the day, it continues to be about the people.

Finally, PG Bartlett, VP of Product, shared a preview of the future of EMS products beyond the next two releases. We appreciate your enthusiasm for where we are going. We can’t wait to get it in your hands!

As we wrap up this year’s conference, I’m filled with gratitude to all the people who spent time sharing their thoughts and suggestions with us. I was honored to spend time with so many people who bring great passion for, and deep knowledge about, the challenges of managing meetings, events, rooms and resources.

What resonated most with me most after such a gratifying final day? It is your never-ending drive to success. Today we heard from technologist and designer David Jakes on how the future of learning knows no boundaries thanks to new and emerging technologies. At New York University, they are taking learning online. At Kirkland & Ellis, they are creating perfect meetings to protect their brand identity.

We relish the challenge of delivering the solutions you crave today, tomorrow, and beyond. We can’t wait to see you again next year for EMS Live! 2016 in Phoenix, on Sept. 12-14.
